Our Company TEMAR Sp. J. leads the economic activity since the 1991. Since 10 years our company deals with development activity. We offer flats and apartments in multifamilial buildings (grounded on personal land) and the detached houses.

Till the end of 2005 the company has accomplished the plan of 9 multifamilial buildings and of 3 terraced houses.
Our flats and apartments present the highest quality due to the proven and up to date technology with utilization of traditional construction material.

Our Company takes care of the location and surrounding to offer our clients friendly environment - regions among nature, embankment and all recreation facilities. Concurrently our apartments are located near city center and close to the daily life wanted institutions. An important qualitative criterion is also the interesting architecture of buildings.

To the investments accomplished by TEMAR belong: the residential apartment house / service facilities on Slężna Street (63 Apartments and 4 service placements including the HEAD OFFICE of TEMAR ). . "Osiedle Słoneczne" on Szparagowa Street – 4 -mansion houses (incl.102 flats) , 10 terraced houses, "Willa Jutrzenki" on Buraczana Street (12 flats), „Apartamentowiec” on Solskiego Street (38 flats), "Wrzosowa Polana" – housing estate of 24 terraceed houses in area of Żwirki & Wigury.

Beginning of the year 2005 - there have been apartments given for application „Apartamenty przy Parku” on Pałucka (49 flats), beginning of the year 2006 - a mansion house „Zielony Zakątek” on Maleczyńskich Street (39 flats ) in Oporów and "Domy jednorodzinne" – 8 comfortable one-family terraceed houses on Ametystowa Street in Ołtaszyn.
